Lauren Smith delivers workshops on the needs of ‘prison leavers’

In Aug 2021, Lauren Smith co-facilitated a series of workshops, alongside Lyndsey Harris and Lauren Hall (School of Social and Political Sciences) and Steve Corbett, with members of the Safer Lincolnshire Partnership to understand the current needs and gaps for people leaving prison in Lincolnshire.

Discussions from the workshops have been collated into a report to inform a collaborative bid between local partners to the Local Leadership and Integration Fund.

Lauren and Amanda secure ‘productivity voucher’ funding

Lauren Smith and Amanda Roberts with Tom George and Jim Rogers from the School of Health and Social Care have been awarded a Productivity Voucher in collaboration with Development Plus.  Development Plus are a local voluntary sector organisation who deliver a range of community-based projects.

The Productivity Voucher will be used to conduct a review of Project Compass which provides support to people experiencing entrenched rough sleeping in Lincoln City.  The review will be used to inform the future development of the project.

Ross publishes review paper on ‘high risk sexual fantasies’

In June 2021, Ross (and colleagues) published a review paper on high risk sexual fantasies in the open-access journal Sexual Offending: Theory, Research, and Prevention.
